As a background, FMFB-A started its operation in 2004 and is part of the Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance (AKAM), which has financial institutions operating in different countries throughout the world. It is affiliated with the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), a group of development agencies working in health, education, culture and rural economic development.

The Tea Person is responsible of Providing Tea /Coffee to the FMFB-A Staff and Visitors Ensuring the Availability of basic utilities Such as Tea Sugar Milk Water Toffee And etc. Extending Required Support in any other identical area of the Bank Operations.

• Tea Person is responsible of Providing Tea sugar Boiled Water and Other Basic Utilities on the tea table every day Before 8 AM.
• Ensure that Utilities Such as Glass Spoon Plates and Water Thermos is Available for Staff Use.
• Keep the Kitchen Clean and in Order.
• Ensure that the FMFB-A Staff and Visitors Have Tea/Coffee Available on As Needed Basis or on as Scheduled by the Supervisor and on Training Days.
• Ensure that the Office Premises is Cleaned as soon as a Dirt is Detected on Floors Window Glass Door Partition wall or any other Visible Area.
• Ensure the restrooms have Enough Tissue Toilet Paper Hand Washing liquid and other Necessary Materials.
• Clean and Supply Designated Facility Areas (Dusting Sweeping Vacuuming Mopping Cleaning Ceiling Vents Restroom Cleaning as Per SOP)
• Notify the Supervisor on any Repairs or Damages that are Needed in the Office Facility.
• Cooperate in other Daily Tasks with Colleagues.
• Any Other Task Assigned by Supervisor.

• Basic Literacy or 12th Grade Graduate is Preferable.
• Ability to Organize Tea /Cleaning in a Well-Tailored to the Situation Manner.
