– Cleaning of classrooms, computer room, laboratory, library, corridors, lawns, playground, toilets, sidewalks, and school surroundings.
– Arrange the respective departments, classrooms, computer room, laboratory, and library for operations.
– Careful screening of visitors and recording them in the visitor logbook.
– Register the school visitors and preventing unauthorized persons from entering the school.
– Reporting any incidents to the school principal/project officer.
– Preserving and taking care of school property and equipment.
– Checking the departments after official hours and turning off electrical devices and arrange the them for further operation.
– Taking care of vehicles, bicycles, and motorcycles of teachers, students, and visitors.
– Night-time maintenance and security of the school.
– Informing the school principal in case of absence from duty.
– If absent from duty for more than three days due to valid reasons, a replacement will be introduced.
– Employees who work with the institution as volunteers for the welfare and aid of Afghans are not required to perform any duties elsewhere.
– Assisting teachers in preparing teaching materials and educational resources.
– School employees are required to abide by the regulations prohibiting any form of violence against students and other school teachers.
– Performing miscellaneous tasks as directed by supervisors from time to time.

پاک‌ کاری صنف‌ها، اطاق کمپیوتر، لابراتوار، کتابخانه، دهلیزها، چمن‌ها، میدان بازی، تشناب‌ها، پیاده‌روها و محوطهٔ مکتب –
ترتیب و آماده ‌سازی بخش‌های مربوطه، از جمله صنف‌ها، اتاق کمپیوتر، لابراتوار و کتابخانه برای فعالیت‌های روزانه –
کنترول دقیق مراجعین و ثبت آنان در دفتر ثبت مراجعین –
ثبت مراجعین مکتب و جلوگیری از ورود افراد غیرمجاز به محوطهٔ مکتب –
گزارش‌ دهی هرگونه رویداد به مدیرمکتب یا مدیر پروژه –
حفظ و مراقبت از ملکیت‌ها و تجهیزات مکتب –
پس از ختم وقت اداری، بررسی صنف ها، خاموش ‌کردن دستگاه‌های برقی و آماده‌سازی محیط برای فعالیت روز بعد –
رسیدگی به وسایط (موترها)، بایسکل‌ه ا و موترسایکل‌ های معلمان، شاگردان و مراجعین –
نگهداری و تأمین امنیت شبانهٔ مکتب –
در صورت غیبت از وظیفه، اطلاع‌ دادن به مدیر مکتب –
در صورت غیبت بیش از سه روز به دلایل موجه، شخص بدیل/جانشین معرفی خواهد شد –
کارمندانی که به‌ صورت رضاکار برای رفاه و کمک به افغان‌ها با مؤسسه همکاری می‌کنند، مکلف به انجام هیچ‌گونه وظیفهٔ دیگری در جای دیگر نیستند –
همکاری با معلمان در تهیهٔ مواد درسی و منابع آموزشی –
رعایت مقررات مکتب مبنی بر منع هرگونه خشونت علیه شاگردان و سایر معلمان –
انجام سایر وظایف محوله حسب لزوم از سوی سرپرستان –
Job Requirements:
شرايط لازمه
داشتن سواد نسبی (خواندن و نوشتن)، به داشتن سند فراغت صنف ۱۲ باشد ترجیح داده می شود در غیر از ان از محل باشد –
صادیق ، امانت دار و تاید جامعه باشد –
مهارت عالی در تکلم به زبان های ملی(دری و پشتو) باشد –
. داشتن تجربه حد اقل دو سال در بخش مربوط
