- Foundation Design: Design foundations, rafts, mats, and all types of footings using SAFE.
- BIM & 3D Modeling: Develop detailed 3D models and structural BIM outputs using Revit Structure.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed construction drawings, structural details, and comprehensive technical specifications for project execution.
- Load Calculations: Execute loading calculations including dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and seismic loads in strict accordance with International Building Codes (IBC/UBC/ASCE) .
- Element Design: Design and analyze structural members including beams, columns, shear walls, and lateral load-resisting systems.
- Reporting: Compile technical reports, structural calculation booklets, and engineering documentation for client approval and permitting.
- Coordination: Facilitate effective coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to resolve clashes and ensure design integration.
- Visualization: Prepare high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations to communicate design intent to stakeholders.
- Optimization: Optimize structural designs to enhance safety, improve quality, and reduce overall construction costs without compromising integrity.
