Job Summary
Experienced and results-oriented Manager with strong background in Pest and Fumigation Control operation, agriculture service and environment, proven ability to manage large-scale pest control and disinfection projects for residential and Industrial clients, Skilled in project planning, team leadership, contract management and ensuring high-quality service delivery according to international standards. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Conduct thorough inspections of industrial properties to identify signs of pests (e.g., rodents, termites, bedbugs, ants, cockroaches, etc.).
- Coordinate field teams for spraying, baiting, fumigation and environmental disinfection services.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare technical service plans based on client needs
- Prepare project reports, cost estimate and operational documentation.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assess the severity of the infestation and identify areas where pests are likely to enter or hide.
- Determining the kind of treatment required to eliminate a particular type of pest.
- Inspecting gardening’ premises to identify pest problems.
- Take the required measurement of the area in need of treatment.
- Use different pest control methods such as the setting of traps or baits to remove or kill pests
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their pest control concerns and offer solutions that best meet their needs.
- Follow up on completed treatments to ensure client satisfaction and that the pest issue is resolved
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the handling and application of pesticides and chemicals

Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Agriculture with 5 years proven experience.
- Proficiency in identifying common household and commercial pests (rodents, insects, etc.) and determining the appropriate treatment methods.
- Experience using pest control tools and chemicals, with knowledge of the safest application practices.
- Ability to work with various pest control products, including sprays, fumigation, baits, traps, and eco-friendly treatments.
- Proven work experience as a Pest Control Technician or similar role
- Must possess physical stamina and be able to withstand harsh conditions
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time and work in uncomfortable environments
- Must be detailed oriented and be able to follow detailed instructions in applying pesticide to avoid harm to the client and self
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide professional advice and solutions.
- Strong ability to keep good records of hours worked, chemicals used
