The Finance Intern will support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting activities, including transaction recording, documentation, reconciliations, and financial data preparation using Odoo ERP. This position is designed for a motivated fresh graduate seeking practical experience in accounting, finance, and ERP-based financial operations within a professional business environment.

·         Assist with recording financial transactions in Odoo ERP.

·         Assist with customer invoices, vendor bills, receipts and payments.

·         Support accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.

·         Assist with customer, supplier, cash and bank reconciliations.

·         Check and organize invoices, receipts, payment documents and supporting documentation.

·         Assist with inventory and accounting reconciliations.

·         Support month-end accounting activities and preparation of financial schedules.

·         Use Microsoft Excel for financial data preparation and analysis.

·         Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of accounting records.

•     Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Officer or Finance Manager.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics or Public Policy and Administration.

• Relevant academic achievement and a strong interest in finance and accounting are expected.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No previous professional experience is required; up to 1 year of relevant internship or work experience is an advantage.

Odoo ERP

• Previous experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage but is not required. The selected candidate will be expected to develop practical skills in Odoo Accounting, invoices, vendor bills, payments, ledgers, reconciliation and financial reporting.
