• The Software Field Marketer is responsible for promoting the company’s software products (ZEROO) and services, identifying potential customers, conducting field visits, presenting software solutions, generating sales leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• The position requires a combination of communication, sales, marketing, and basic technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and effectively demonstrate software products.
• No Salary. Only Fixed Sales percentage

* Visit potential customers, businesses, organizations, shops, companies, and institutions to introduce software products (ZEROO) and services.

* Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.

* Present and demonstrate software applications, POS systems, ERP systems, websites, mobile applications, and other IT solutions to potential customers.

* Understand customer business processes and identify suitable software solutions based on their needs.

* Explain software features, benefits, pricing, packages, and implementation processes to customers.

* Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with the technical/development team when detailed technical information is required.

* Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, meetings, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

* Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales or management team to finalize agreements.

* Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

* Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements, complaints, and suggestions to the relevant technical or management team.

* Monitor competitors, market trends, customer needs, and pricing in the software and technology market.

* Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, business meetings, and promotional activities.

* Assist in developing marketing strategies for software products and services.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, demonstrations, sales activities, and follow-ups.

* Prepare regular sales and field activity reports for management.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Support customer onboarding and coordinate with the implementation/support team when necessary.

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Previous experience in software sales, IT marketing, business development, or field marketing is preferred.

* Basic understanding of software products, web applications, mobile applications, POS, ERP, or other IT solutions.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

* Ability to work independently and conduct regular field visits.

* Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to technical teams.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or similar tools.

* Fluency in Dari/Persian and Pashto is preferred; English communication skills are an advantage.

* Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
