Job Summary
The CRM (Country Risk Manager) as senior executive responsible for the effective independent oversight of credit operations liquidity finance, IT and Market risk, under the direction of the risk management group and committee. The CRM primary responsibility is to develop and implement a risk management framework with appropriate tools for the measurement, reporting and control.
Key Responsibilities
 Strong understanding of risk exposure calculation methods;
·        Extensive knowledge of credit grading and rating concepts and the technical development of such underlying models as well as working knowledge of the Base II accord;
·        Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge in the principles of credit risk, marketing risk, operational risk, liquidity risk and financial.
·        Sound knowledge of investment risk and portfolio management concepts.
·        Understanding of other operational risk including IT security.
·        Ability to clearly articulate and express a bank’s risk appetite.
. Ability to anylisis and articulate stress testing.
·        Knowledge of policy development and implementation.
·        Strong command of risk management principle, tools and methods.
·        In depth understanding of regulatory, economic, sectors, clients and market environment and trends.
·        Excellent communication, organizational and managerial skills.
·        Having high ethical standards and integrity in both their personal and professional dealings.
·        Having board experience in operational risk in banking.
. Knowledge about core principle of risk management in Islamic Banks oprational risk.
. Regulatory compliance for risk management Laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Masters, final selection after successful clearance of Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) interview.
