We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-quality software applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python-based backend development and modern frontend technologies such as Vue.js or React. The role requires close collaboration with business analysts, requirement teams, DevOps engineers, and other developers to deliver reliable software solutions that meet organizational and business requirements.

Experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework will be considered a strong advantage.

·         Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based software applications.

·         Develop secure and scalable backend services and APIs using Python.

·         Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using Vue.js or React.

·         Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.

·         Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

·         Design and maintain application databases, data models, and database queries.

·         Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

·         Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions.

·         Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

·         Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times.

·         Apply software security best practices, including authentication, authorization, validation, and secure data handling.

·         Use Git and standard version-control workflows for source-code management.

·         Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.

·         Write unit tests, integration tests, and other automated tests where required.

·         Work closely with the requirement team to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.

·         Support application deployment, configuration, upgrades, and production maintenance.

·         Investigate production incidents and participate in root-cause analysis.

·         Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, database documentation, and user guides.

·         Participate in Agile activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, task estimation, and retrospectives.

·         Provide technical support and guidance when required.

·         Continuously research and adopt appropriate technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

At least 2 years of professional software-development experience.

Strong programming experience with Python.

Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, Frappe, or similar frameworks.

Practical experience with either Vue.js or React.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Good understanding of object-oriented programming and software-design principles.

Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, or SQL Server.
