The Warehouse Officer manages daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods while maintaining safety, accuracy, and proper documentation. The role ensures updated inventory records in QuickBooks/ODOO, supports financial activities by recording revenue and expenses, reconciling stock and financial data, and preparing monthly summaries for management. Close coordination with sales, logistics, and finance teams is essential to maintain smooth operations and accurate reporting.

1        Receiving goods from suppliers, checking their condition, and matching them with invoices.

2        Properly storing goods in designated locations with correct categorization and organization.

3        Monitoring stock levels and recording all inventory movements in the warehouse management system.

4        Inspecting goods for quality and condition before storage or shipment.

5        Preparing and packaging goods for customer deliveries or branch transfers.

6        Shipping goods according to approved orders and delivery schedules.

7        Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organization, and preventing damage or loss of goods.

8        Controlling expiration dates of sensitive goods and preventing storage of expired items.

9        Managing all warehouse-related documents including receipts, invoices, and goods movement records.

10    Preparing daily and weekly reports on inventory status and warehouse issues.

11    Coordinating with sales, logistics, and management teams for better warehouse performance.

12    Ensuring compliance with warehouse safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and losses.

13    Visiting and inspecting company vehicles to monitor and prevent fuel fraud.

14    Purchasing and checking goods as per company requirements.

15    Collecting money and verifying checks from salesmen when required.

16    Updating inventory quantities, stock adjustments, and item movements in QuickBooks/ODOO to maintain accurate and real time warehouse records.

17    Recording daily sales revenue in QuickBooks/ODOO based on verified sales reports and ensuring timely posting of all income transactions.

18    Entering warehouse and branch operational expenses into the accounting system with correct categorization and supporting documents.

19    Tracking cash collections, verifying deposit slips, and updating system records to ensure accurate reconciliation of daily cash inflows.

20    Preparing monthly financial summaries covering revenue, expenses, and inventory valuation for submission to Finance and Management.

Education Degree Level: Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)

Educational Field: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, ACCA.

Experience Required: 3–5 years in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management is required.

Languages: Fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari

Computer skills Required: MS Office, ODOO System, QuickBooks, Inventory Management System.
